ThirtySixTen, jewelry made from vintage stuff

The perfect jewelry for a vintage enthusiast! Made of vintage notions and sterling silver, ThirtySixTen's line of jewelry is right up my alley!

Now you can always wear mother of pearl buttons!

This lovely piece of Japanese glass has just
the perfect retro color scheme!

Peach acrylic "cabochon" ring.
I wonder what it was in its previous life?

  1. Oh, be still my heart, those are amazing!!!
I took metal fabrication and jewelry design courses. I long to do it again every time I see such fabulous creations. Our home insurance wasn't too keen on me bringing in oxogen and gas tanks into the home for a hobby.lol

    How are you doing?
Hope your weekend is going grand,

  2. Hey, Lynea - is there anything you *don't* know how to do?! LOL I'm jealous - I haven't learned metal fabrication yet. We have torches for glass lampwork, but they're out in the studio so the insurance company doesn't mind.

I'm hot and sticky, but surviving. I seriously need to move farther north; I'll never survive the heat when I'm an old lady! LOL

Hope you're having a great weekend!

  4. Ha, there's always more things to tryout. Hopefully, one day I'll stick with one hobby long enough to be really good at it.lol

I know the heat sucks, it's July, what can you do??? I've tried laying face down in the kiddie pool from 12-4, I think the older I get this may not *look* so pleasant.lol

    Hang in there, dear!

  5. @Micki - I know, it's so pretty! Be on the lookout for more links on my Art(ist)s and Crafts(people) page - I've found a bunch of etsy artists working with vintage and found items.

@Lynea -LOL about the kiddie pool image! Sounds like me... and, I gotta tell ya, for someone who thinks she needs to stick with something until she does it well, I think you do a pretty mean upholstering job!
