Spring Bargain Shopping for a Strappy Blue Dress

I need a new blue summer dress.  These three have different levels of "dressiness"... I might need them ALL!  LOL  Which one do you like best, and why?

  1. I like the ModCloth one because it's not as wrinkly as the third choice and not as fussy as the first one. It's also got some nice detailwork around the neckline and can go casual or dressy depending on how you style it.

  2. Why, Empress, you and I are of like minds! I was thinking along those lines myself. I think the last dress would look better if the seller had steamed it before snapping the pic, but since I'm not likely to iron it if I bought it, that's how it would look on me, too! LOL

  3. I like the first one. The wide straps and relatively modest neckline make it look like it would be bra friendly. I also like the wrapped/draped detailing on the front. I do wonder if it would be scandalously short, though. I agree that dress #3 needs a good steaming!

  4. I agree about the length, Shannon; that's my one qualm about this dress. I love a lot of the dresses from Anthropologie, ModCloth, and Ruche, but they are often cut for "the younger crowd." If they were just a little longer, I'd snap more of their dresses up in a second!
